Rick Kincaid and Joe Rowlands formed the group in 1985. They had sung together in a barbershop quartet but shared a love for folk music.  Over time the group has included Dave Wingfield, Mike Ryczek, Alexis Loomis, John Brett and Shawn DePalma (bassists), Steve Chute (vocalist, guitar and banjo), James Kincaid (fiddle), Dan Sargent (vocalist, guitar and mandolin), Mike Carroll (vocalist, flute and tin whistle), Bill Fahy (vocalist, guitar, mandolin and tenor banjo) and our newest member, Amanda Straney ( a classically trained violinist who shares a love for celtic music).
